Bolden Group successfully completed a full hard-landscaping and external works upgrade, transforming the area into a safe, functional, and low-maintenance environment for residents. The project involved the installation of comprehensive hard and soft landscaping works, tailored to improve both usability and long-term durability. New concrete paving was installed across the entire courtyard, providing a robust and practical surface suitable for high-traffic use. To enhance security and define the space, new timber fencing was installed around the full perimeter of the site.
As part of the works, existing grassed areas were fully reinstated and improved, ensuring a balanced external environment that combines hardwearing surfaces with well-maintained green spaces. The overall layout of the area was carefully considered and improved to maximise accessibility, safety, and ease of maintenance.
