Bolden Group delivered a programme of eco solutions to upgrade the energy efficiency of a student accommodation property in Liverpool city centre. The project focused on improving the building’s Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating and ensuring the property was fully prepared for the new academic year.

Working within a £30,000 budget, the team installed Internal Wall Insulation (IWI) throughout the property to reduce heat loss and lower energy consumption. Full painting and decoration works were also completed to refresh the interiors and create a more modern, comfortable living environment. In addition, essential maintenance works were carried out to ensure the property met all required standards for incoming students.

These eco solutions delivered a significant improvement in the EPC rating, reducing long-term running costs and enhancing overall energy efficiency. The upgrades also improved the living experience for students.
