We transformed a vacant property on Rawcliffe Road into a modern six-bedroom en-suite HMO for an Assisted Living Provider. Every stage of the refurbishment prioritised safety, quality, and functionality, ensuring full compliance with HMO licensing requirements. We installed fire-resistant materials, clearly defined emergency exits, and a fully compliant fire alarm system to create a safe and secure living environment.
