Bolden Group completed the full refurbishment of this fire-damaged property, restoring it to a safe, modern, and high-quality home. The project required careful planning and close management from start to finish. Our team focused on safety, quality, and long-term performance at every stage.
We began with an extensive strip-out to remove all fire-damaged materials. We then carried out the required structural repairs to restore the integrity of the building. Once the structure was secure, we progressed to the internal fit-out works. These included full kitchen and bathroom installations, designed to meet modern living standards and daily use requirements.
We completed re-plastering throughout the property to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish. Our team then carried out full internal decorating and installed new flooring across all rooms. Each trade worked in coordination to ensure consistent quality and a seamless finish throughout the home. Every element of the project met Bolden Group’s exacting standards.
