This project involved the successful transformation of a block of four terraced properties in Southport for our valued client, One Vision Housing. The works focused on restoring the buildings to their full potential through carefully planned and expertly delivered structural repairs. Our team approached the scheme with a clear focus on safety, quality, and long-term durability.
We began by removing all original render to allow a full inspection of the building fabric. We then repaired structural cracks to restore stability and improve the overall condition of the properties. Our team renewed all rainwater goods to improve drainage and protect the buildings from future water damage. We applied a new silicone render finish to the external elevations, creating a clean and modern appearance. This also improved weather resistance and reduced future maintenance requirements. At the rear of the properties, we installed new felt roofs to enhance protection and extend the lifespan of the structures.
Close collaboration played a key role in the success of this project. We worked closely with Sovini Property Services (SPS) and Northern Scaffolding Limited to ensure safe access, efficient sequencing, and smooth delivery throughout. Their support and professionalism helped maintain progress and uphold high standards at every stage of the works. The completed works now provide safe, attractive, and long-lasting homes. The improvements benefit the local community and support the creation of sustainable neighbourhoods.
