Bolden Group completed a full refurbishment of a four-bedroom terraced property at Mill Court, Sefton, Liverpool, for our client, Denstone Homes. The property had been vacant between tenancies and required extensive works to restore it to a modern and desirable standard. Our team delivered a high-quality refurbishment that brought the home back into full use. We began by carrying out a detailed assessment of the property. This allowed us to identify both structural and cosmetic issues. We then developed a clear plan to address each element efficiently and safely.
